Our relationship is stronger because of this process and so much of that has to do with your help in showing us how to prioritize and knowing when and when not to freak out. We can't imagine having navigated this process without you. From day 1 we were sold, and your calm, decisive presence was exactly what we needed.

When I got engaged in 2019, I had no idea I’d be planning a wedding in the middle of a global pandemic. There was a lot of doubt, a millions questions, and incredible uncertainty for our wedding day. One thing that made the planning all that much easier was the calm, helpfulness, and creativity of my vendors -- especially my coordinator, Khanh Stenberg. I changed my wedding date three separate times, had appointments moved, venues and catering changed – but the one constant presence throughout it all was the help and support of Khanh. She was willing and able to do everything and anything to help me during such a weird time. With her help we re-planned my wedding for the final time with just 30 days’ notice.
When the big day arrived, I cannot speak enough of everything Khanh did to make sure I had the perfect day. She prepared the timeline, organized the vendors, and made sure everything was in place so that the wedding would go off without a hitch. She was always there when I needed her, was kind and gentle during a very crazy day. The one thing I remember specifically from that day was that she quietly moved around from place to place, making sure I always had my flowers for photos, a drink in my hand, and something to eat along the way. I was never looking for anything as she anticipated my needs at every step.
A fun follow-up to our event was that my husband and I were in the wedding party of our best man the weekend after our own wedding. The bride and groom didn't hire a coordinator for their event and the running joke all day was "where is Khanh when we need her?"

There is so much more that I can say about Khanh but the one thing I want to share again is the organization, understanding and kindness that she brought to me -- even when the world shut down.

(From the Mother of the Bride) The initial meeting with Khanh was simply amazing. She was incredibly organized, had a fantastic worksheet for planning that included every aspect of the event. The stress of planning went immediately down, as I knew that Khanh had us covered at every minute of the day.

Several months later we were faced with a serious challenge – the global pandemic. The wedding was just four months away and now we dealt with possible postponement, cancellations, vendor issues and more. Khanh’s calmness and advice helped us at each turn. Two date changes later, with the last one with just 30 days’ notice, we planned the final touches for Megan and Daniel’s September 2020 wedding at a new venue with a new caterer and a third of the guests.

The wedding day for Megan and Daniel could not have been more perfect.  I had imagined being a total worried wreck that day but found myself incredibly calm. It was simply because Khanh was ready for every step, anticipated our needs the entire day, quickly and quietly worked in the background making sure that all was smooth, successful, and beautiful. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.

Khanh was our top choice to coordinate our New Year’s Eve wedding based on our many, many overwhelmingly positive experiences with her as a corporate event planner. From start to finish, Khanh was a creative, consummate professional and a dream to work with. The best word I can think to describe Khanh is “mighty”; she always knew what to do to keep things moving in the right direction. We are so glad she was such a big part of our big day cannot recommend her enough to prospective clients. 

We were so particularly impressed with Khanh’s ability to take our (rather untraditional) vision and turn it into reality. She literally thought of everything during the planning process, answered all our questions thoughtfully, pointed out loads of areas to save money, and made us feel at-ease and confident that we were in great hands. We were able to just relax and enjoy the entire day knowing that Khanh was on top of everything. She was there when we needed her all evening, and the whole wedding was a huge success thanks in large part Khanh. Simply put, Khanh is the person you want in your corner and in charge of your event.

We were fortunate enough to utilized Khanh’s services for our wedding in 2018. Khanh was referred to us through a family friend, and we are so glad she was apart of our wedding day. During our initial consultation, she provided her experience and expertise of what makes events run smoothly and efficiently. She laid out a framework for our entire event after spending less than an hour with her and gave us numerous ideas for making our day special/unique. We were beyond impressed with her dedication and preparation to making our wedding as stress-free and memorable as possible. She did so much work behind the scenes to make our event seamless, such as coordinating with the wedding vendors, photographer, and venue. Her attention to detail and experience was apparent on our wedding day because our event could not have been any smoother. She was always there for us if we needed anything for the duration of the day and ensured that everyone running the event was on the same page. I can’t speak highly enough of Khanh’s services, and most importantly, her dedication to making our wedding memorable.

We were so lucky to have Khanh there to manage the event and allow us to enjoy our wedding. We met with Khanh a month out from the big day to go over the schedule, vendors, and our priorities for the wedding weekend. Khanh was exceptionally detail oriented and made us feel confident that everything was under control. During the event, Khanh was on top of everything - making sure that all of our vendors, family, and wedding party were always aware of the schedule and their responsibilities and allowing us to be immersed in the magic of the day. 

Khanh surprised us with her ability to deal with some of the more challenging people and situations during our event. We knew that Khanh was friendly and organized, but were pleasantly surprised with her ability to be appropriately assertive when the situation warranted it. All weddings involve challenges, and we were so happy to have Khanh there to handle the difficult things with grace.
